Jordan Winspear President

Jordan Winspear is the President of Winspear Construction, LLC., and has worked in the construction field for over 20 years in capacities ranging from Carpenter to Project Manager. Since 2007, Mr. Winspear has worked on large civil construction projects all over the Western United States, as a Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Manager for three of the largest construction firms in the U.S., including a Women-Owned 8(a) firm that specialized in Federal Contracting.
Mr. Winspear worked on the replacement of the Hood Canal Floating Bridge in Seattle, Washington for three years and performed scheduling, estimating, procuring, and coordinating the bridge replacement phase of the project. Mr. Winspear also spent time on a dredge, placing and removing material in Elliot Bay. Mr. Winspear has extensive experience on large-scale excavation projects, concrete placements, pipe jacking, installation of sewer/water lines, and site development for high-profile clients. He has worked on three different light rail tunneling projects in Washington and California. Before founding Winspear Construction, Jordan worked in downtown Los Angeles, California relocating utilities and setting piles for the future light rail tunnels while dealing with the most stringent laws pertaining to traffic control, environmental compliance, and managing the coordination all field work in a 3-mile radius in heart of Los Angeles.
Kristin Winspear Vice President
Growing up in a family owned Construction company, Kristin Winspear learned firsthand the core values she brings to Winspear Construction; respect, integrity, and hard work. The last 20 years of business experience come from specific areas in small business support, meeting schedules & budgets of fast paced construction projects and, daily project/client reviewed solution teaming. Passionate about living a life in serving and creating she brings a solid history of success to Winspear Construction, LLC.
Tucker Robb Project Manager
Tucker graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and minored in Business Administration. His diverse experience spans 12+ years. Tucker’s experience includes Design-Build, General Construction, & Construction Management for various Government & Private clients. Specific experience includes high-end offices, medical office buildings, site development, tenant improvements, large precast and cast-in-place concrete structures, water control structures, environmental restoration, historical building restoration, and high-tech data and call centers. Tucker enjoys projects that are technically challenging and provide opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients. Outside of work Tucker enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, in the great Idaho outdoors.
Mark Sitz Estimating
Mark is an estimating and project manager for Winspear Construction, where he bids on projects for the company. Mark has developed estimates for small and large projects for private and government agencies in the Treasure Valley as well as the Greater Northwest. Mark has developed strong relationships with local owners, subcontractors, and suppliers to help grow the Winspear Construction name. Strong attention to detail is one of Mark’s greatest traits that allows Winspear Construction to submit responsible bids. Mark brings a lot of experience, from working on large multimillion dollar state and federal projects, to the company.
When Mark is not working he enjoys spending time with his high school sweet heart wife and two children. Mark also enjoys traveling back to his families cattle ranch in eastern Oregon where he enjoys quality family time.
Ryan Tabuchi Superintendent
Ryan Tabuchi graduated from Boise State University with his BS in Construction Management. After graduating he spent multiple years in management roles, working for an international general contractor on major cable stay bridge projects. During his time on the Port Mann Bridge Project in Vancouver BC, the second longest cable stay bridge in North America, Ryan gained knowledge and experience with concrete superstructures, demolition, as well as land and marine crane operations. Ryan later led the procurement and installation of the cable stay system on the Kosciusko Bridge Project, the first cable stay bridge in New York City. Ryan looks forward to bringing this international knowledge and experience back to the Treasure Valley through Winspear Construction.
Bradden Jensen Project Engineer
Bradden grew up in Emmett Idaho and has lived in the Treasure Valley for 20+ years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Boise State University in 2012. With 13+ years of experience he has had the pleasure of working on projects ranging from high rise Mulit-Family projects and high-end offices, to warehouse distribution, large site development, as well as working in the medical field (Saint Al’s). With a passion for construction and a desire for perfection Bradden enjoys every facet of working with Owners, design teams, and specialty contractors to provide a quality product. In his time away from work Bradden enjoys spending time with his family and 4 year old Black & Tan Coonhound Ruby. His hobbies include Sports, Camping, Traveling, ATV’s, Classic Cars, Fishing. He is great at watching TV as well.
