Winspear Construction was subcontracted by Petra to preform site work at Owyhee High School. This included: standard concrete flatwork and sidewalks, heavy-duty concrete paving, layout and installation of reinforcing steel, pedestrian ramps and truncated domes, drive approaches, concrete aprons at light poles, and isolation joints.
