Tenant Improvement
Winspear was contracted to provide demolition and reconstruction of 10,000 SF of existing building for processing and office use. They were contracted in January 2018.
The scope of work included: concrete saw cutting, structural steel, handrails, finish carpentry, joint sealants, insulation, doors & hardware, glazing, windows, framing, dry wall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, and security systems.
