Tenant Improvement and Expansion
Winspear was awarded the contract to expand the Boise VA Hospital in May of 2017. This project included: demolition of existing site structures for excavation of new footings of placement of slab on grade for 2,600 SF addition consisting of structural steel, metal framing, wood roof joists and trusses, brick façade, and new TPO roofing system. Interior work includes: finish carpentry, joint sealants, insulation, doors & hardware, glazing, windows, framing, dry wall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, and security systems.
